Honesty is the best policy. Having arrived in Ballina on the Friday we called in to see Deb who we had previously met when scouting for property. Deb knew and understood our needs and straight away took us to see a few properties but also advised us of one that was going up for auction the next day which she thought would be perfect. Deb was right and helped us with advice during the auction so we got the ideal property for our needs at a cost within our budget.
