Brendan has had many years of experience in all aspects of Real Estate property management having his career in Residential Property Management, Strata Management and Commercial Property Management roles.

He has developed a wealth of knowledge and experience to bring to his clients in terms of effective management of their properties and Tenant relationships.

Brendan is a Kiwi from Wellington New Zealand. He started personally investing in residential properties in his early 20s and has been a long-term investor with many years of experience managing a personal residential investment property portfolio for over 30 years.

He enjoys relationship building and finds great satisfaction when those connections run efficiently and smoothly to achieve the best positive outcomes for his clients.
